Home Inspections Performed to TREC Standards of Practice

As a Certified Master Inspector serving Austin and surrounding Central Texas communities, I perform every home inspection in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice. My goal is to provide clarity, confidence, and peace of mind—whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining your home.

Each inspection includes a thorough evaluation of the following accessible components:

  • Foundation

  • Grading and Drainage

  • Roof and Attic

  • Walls, Ceilings, and Floors

  • Doors and Windows

  • Fireplace and Chimney

  • Electrical Systems

  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

  • Plumbing Systems

  • Built-in Appliances

  • Sprinkler Systems (available for an additional fee)

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection to ask questions and see findings firsthand. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed written report, and I’m always available to clarify anything that comes up.

Service Areas: Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, and surrounding Central Texas communities.
